Em meu entender a circuncisão masculina ritual ou dita cultural é uma prática cruel, semelhante à mutilação genital feminina, à castração, à falta de bondade e a rituais de rigor e de crueldade.
É feita sempre sem o consentimento da pessoa sujeita a essa mutilação, porque menor de idade.
É errado defender a circuncisão por proporcionar melhor higiene e eventual protecção contra a sida. Em troca disso defendo que as pessoas usem meios de protecção e higiene eficazes.

Anatomy and Function of the Foreskin Documented
A new article describes the foreskin (prepuce) as an integral, normal part of the genitals of mammals. It is specialized, protective, erogenous tissue. A description of the complex nerve structure of the penis explains why anesthetics provide incomplete pain relief during circumcision. Cutting off the foreskin removes many fine-touch receptors from the penis and results in thickening and desensitization of the glans outer layer.
